 Executive Vice President, Halakar Property Management Danny joins Halakar having spent the last thirteen years overseeing the property management of multiple office buildings, retail centers and apartment communities. In addition, Danny has been heavily involved in financial analysis and planning, tenant lease negotiations, build-out oversight, property sales and 1031 acquisitions. Danny understands the importance of representing the interests of property owners and exceeding their expectations. Also, Danny strives to build positive relationships with every tenant to reduce turnover and improve the property owners’ profitability. |
