 Office Manager Leslie Balber joins Halakar Real Estate bringing a wealth of sales and customer service experience to bear in her new position. After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Education Degree from the University of Toledo, Leslie held a number of positions honing her communication and people skills, including a stint as the Manager of Personal Shopping for Jacobson’s Department Store. While there, she maintained over 150 clients and was responsible for over 20% increase in sales each year. As Membership Director for the Jewish Community Center/YMCA of Greater Toledo, she sharpened her marketing skills, coordinating membership drives resulting in 17% increases in membership. Leslie is no stranger to the Real Estate market either. Most recently, she was both Office Manager and Sales Director for Quarry’s Edge, an EPCON Community in Toledo Ohio where she was very successful in sales, marketing and customer-service needs and personally sold nearly 30% of the available units. New to the Indianapolis area, Leslie looks forward to working at Halakar Real Estate and contributing to the exciting environment and growth of the company. |
